Resident Evil 5 Demo Hitting US PSN on Feb 5
I’m about 98.7% sure I will be getting Resident Evil 5, but having a demo might just cover that last 1.3% of uncertainty. Well, although no release date has been given at this time for the EU PlayStation Network, it is confirmed that the RE5 demo will be hitting the North American PSN on 5 February.
The demo will be obtainable to everyone for free (no silly Qore exclusive time frame). So I will be hopping on to my US account to get an early taste of what zombie action is to come.
The demo consists of two levels from the full game and will allow you to try any of the three standard gameplay modes:
- Single player (with AI teammate)
- Two player split-screen
- Two player via PSN
Owners of the latest issue of Qore (Episode 8 I believe) will also get their timed exclusive access to the Killzone 2 demo on the same day. Lucky you.
